"It was a bit confusing at Budapest Airport where there was a rep with a sign with more than 10 names on the board. After finding her and locating my name on the board, everything ran smoothly: she called the driver in no time, the driver was very good, the car big and very clean and we reached the hotel in reasonable time on a Friday night.
